Our purpose built co-educational Pre Prep offers a safe and stimulating environment for the 3-7 age range. An Early Years extension was opened in 2008 including 3 new classrooms, a shared activity room and a covered outside learning area. These new facilities, combined with the availability of a first class Prep school campus on the same site, open a wide range of opportunities for our youngest pupils.

At Hart House we aim to provide a child centred approach to learning and development. It is important to establish a good grounding in numeracy and literacy and on this solid framework we are able to build an exciting and varied curriculum.

Pupils are placed in mixed ability forms throughout their time at Hart House. There is a maximum ceiling of 20 children in each class supervised by a teacher and a teaching assistant in each case. Specialist teachers from the main school join us to teach Music, French and P.E. on a weekly basis.
