What you need to do…

The theme is Christmas at Edge Grove and here are some top tips and inspiration:

  • Show us what the theme of Christmas at Edge Grove means to you
  • Draw what makes you happy. We want to put a smile on everyone’s face this Christmas time
  • Get creative with colours and don’t worry about how things should look.

All designs:

  • Should be done at home in your own time.  This isn’t a compulsory activity but we would love to see as many designs as possible from all ages across the school
  • Should be created on white A4 paper
  • They can be landscape or portrait
  • Must be in colour – coloured pencils, paint, crayons and felt tips can all be used. However, pupils mustn’t stick additional material (like tinsel, glitter or sequins) onto the entry
  • Must be uploaded as a JPEG or PNG and emailed to us by 5pm on Monday 30th November
  • You can scan or take a clear photo of the design.

Please email your entry to office@edgegrove.com with ‘Christmas Card Competition 2020 + your child’s name + form’ in the email subject by 5pm on Monday 30th November.  The competition is open to Edge Grove pupils only.

Miss McDonald will select one winning design from each phase of the school (Pre Prep (including Pre-School), Lower School, Middle School and Upper School).  The winning designs will be Edge Grove’s official 2020 Christmas cards. They will also feature the winner’s name and year group on the back of the card.  Each winner will also receive a £20 book voucher.  Miss McDonald will also select two highly commended entries who will receive a £15 book voucher.
