God of Mischief
At Edge Grove, Performing Arts is not just about nurturing and preparing the next big star – it is about developing resilient, emotionally intelligent, and confident individuals with plenty of self-belief. Our stage is more than a spotlight; it is a training ground for life. Mrs Allen and Mr Evans are thrilled about all the opportunities this academic year will bring.
Over the recent bank holiday weekend, 15 of our pupils took part in a professional filming project, God of Mischief, written and directed by Old Edge Grovian Christian Stevens. He could not speak highly enough of our pupils, who impressed him with their:
- Creativity
- Ability to respond to direction
- Patience and resilience
- Maturity and confidence
It was an incredible experience, with Edge Grove transformed into a professional film set for the weekend and Christian summed up the whole experience in a wonderful letter to the school which you can read in the link below:
LETTER FOR EDGE GROVE – God of Mischief.
Well done to everyone involved and maybe this is the start of a bright future in the movies!!
