Winterfest – 29th November

What a magical Winterfest we had! A huge thank you to all our amazing parents and carers for your generous donations, and to our brilliant staff and FOEG volunteers for giving up their time to make the event such a success.

We’re thrilled to share that our takings for Winterfest were £3,247.40!

It was wonderful to see our whole school community mixing, laughing and celebrating together—children proudly showing their creations, families enjoying the festive stalls and everyone soaking up the seasonal cheer. It really reminded us how special and supportive our community is.

Wreath-Making Workshop Trial

A small group of parents had the chance to take part in a trial wreath-making workshop—and it was a huge hit! The session was fun, festive and full of creativity, with everyone leaving proudly holding their handmade wreaths. We’re now looking into offering this as a bookable activity next year in dedicated time slots, so even more of you can get involved in the seasonal fun.

Class Fundraising – Christmas Cards & Gifts

Another big thank you to everyone who supported the Class Fundraising project. The children’s beautiful drawings were transformed into festive cards, baubles and more—and your purchases helped raise an impressive £469.29. What a lovely way to celebrate their creativity!

Dates for Your Diary

29th January – Soundbath
We’re excited to offer a calming Soundbath session for parents. Think gentle, soothing sounds (like bowls and chimes) designed to help you relax, unwind and reset. It’s a peaceful little escape right here at school—no experience needed!

6th February – Parent Quiz Night
It’s time to put your thinking caps on! Our Parent Quiz Night is back—an evening of fun questions, friendly competition and plenty of laughs. Whether you’re a trivia pro or just in it for the social side, everyone is welcome.

Spring Day – Date TBC
To celebrate new beginnings—and the joyful festival of colours—we’ll be hosting a Spring Day event later in the term. Details are still being finalised, but keep an eye out… it’s shaping up to be something bright, fun and very exciting!

6th/7th June – Summer Event 

Make sure to mark your calendars for our big summer celebration on the weekend of 6th/7th June. More details will be coming your way soon, but trust us—you won’t want to miss it!
