Last night FOEG welcomed Sanchia from Head to Toe Harmony to take parents through a calming and restorative Soundbath session. Sanchia created a wonderful peaceful and zen atmosphere which was very much welcomed by parents and staff who attended. We’ve already had such amazing feedback and may ask her to come back to run further sessions!
