Deputy Head (Academic)

We are excited to advertise for the role of Deputy Head (Academic) to start in January 2025. This is a position which provides a rare opportunity to join a very successful, cohesive and happy leadership team which comprises the Head, Bursar, Deputy Head (Academic), Deputy Head (Pastoral), Assistant Heads Junior, Middle, Co-Curricular, Digital Development and Staff Development and the Director of Marketing and Admissions. We seek a candidate that will naturally align to Edge Grove’s unique educational Mission and Values and promote child-centred education based on outstanding pastoral care which encourages pupils to develop academic and co-curricular independence in pursuit of life skills which prepare them for future education, employment and a long and happy life. Junior/Middle Department PA

Edge Grove seeks to employ a child-centred and dynamic individual who will work collaboratively and proactively to support the Assistant Head (Junior) to carry out the effective administration processes relating to the Junior Department. The post holder will also assist the Assistant Head (Middle) when required. This is a full time position during term time, with two additional weeks during school holidays, as mutually agreed by the Assistant Head (Junior) and the successful applicant, one of which is likely to include a week before the start of the Autumn term, starting in September 2024.

Administrator and Receptionist

Edge Grove seeks to employ a child-centred and dynamic individual who will work collaboratively and proactively in our busy School Office. Working with and reporting to the Front Office Supervisor and Bursar, who has formal responsibility for all aspects of the School Office, the post holder will be the first point of contact for all pupils, parents, visitors and staff and may be required to take full responsibility for the office during their hours of work.
